WinBiff is an easy-to-use email notification program that supports a wide variety of mail programs, including Pegasus Mail, Eudora for Windows, MS Mail, MS Exchange, cc:Mail, Lotus Notes, Novell MHS, PC-NFS, UUPC, and Waffle under Windows plus POP3 and IMAP4 (and custom ports). Configuration options include launching your mail reader, displaying mail headers and senders, MIME decoding, and various sound options when a message is received. WinBiff is most handy for those on a network or with a direct Internet connection, although it can be used with dial-up accounts. This is the 16-bit version; a 32-bit version is also available. This version has not yet been reviewed.
